Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you visit our site.

Information you provide

When you submit a form on this site (the domain custody check, contact, demo request, platform access request, project inquiry, consult qualifier, or the money-leak calculator), we collect the details you enter. Depending on the form, that includes your name, email address, phone number, website URL, and any message or other information you choose to send us. We also record which page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in that page’s address. When you book a call, we collect scheduling information through our booking provider, Cal.com. This site does not accept payments and has no checkout. If you engage us for paid services, we invoice you separately under your engagement agreement.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we automatically collect device information, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, approximate geographic location derived from your IP address, and the page from which you submitted a form (form submission source).

Form submission processing

Form submissions are processed for spam detection (using a hidden honeypot field), then stored by NovraScale in our own database, hosted by Supabase in the United States. We use them to notify our team, to send you an automated acknowledgment of your inquiry, and to follow up with you. Automated acknowledgments and other email are delivered through our transactional email provider, Resend. We retain submissions as described in Data Retention below.

How We Use Your Information

  • To run the domain custody check you requested, show you the report, and respond to inquiries
  • To follow up with the specific steps for anything the report found, if you asked us to
  • To facilitate discovery call bookings
  • To understand how visitors use our site and improve our services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze traffic. The cookies set on this site include:

  • Google Analytics: sets _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visitors and track site usage. Data is processed by Google.
  • Meta Pixel (advertising): sets _fbp and _fbc cookies to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This one loads only on our advertising landing pages (addresses beginning /lp/), which you reach by clicking one of our ads. It does not load anywhere else on this site, and it does not load on this page, on our Terms, on our Business Associate Agreement, or on our Cancellation Policy. Data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. See “Advertising” below.
  • Cloudflare: may set performance and security cookies (such as __cf_bm) for bot management and DDoS protection.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect site functionality.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:

  • Google Analytics: website analytics
  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: advertising measurement for our Facebook and Instagram ads. Applies only to our advertising landing pages. Meta receives the page you viewed, whether you submitted the form on it, your IP address and browser user agent, and, if you submit the form, a one-way hash of your email address rather than the address itself.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery for report confirmations, automated acknowledgments of your inquiry, and guides
  • Supabase: hosting for the NovraScale database that stores your form submission and inquiry history (United States)
  • Stripe: invoicing and payment processing for signed client engagements, handled away from this website. Stripe receives your billing contact details and handles card details directly; we never receive them
  • Cal.com: scheduling for discovery calls and demos
  • Cloudflare: website hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection
  • Cloudflare Workers AI: the on-site AI chat assistant, running under a Cloudflare account owned by NovraScale; chat content is processed to generate a response, is not retained by NovraScale, and is not used to train Cloudflare models
  • HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel): our customer-relationship system, business phone line, text messaging, and AI call answering. Receives your name, email address, phone number, your text-message consent choices, and the recording and summary of any call you make to our published number
  • Twilio Inc.: telephone carriage and text-message delivery underneath our HighLevel phone system
  • Mailgun (Sinch): email delivery for messages sent from our HighLevel systems. Automated acknowledgments of website form submissions are sent through Resend, above
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: bot and abuse prevention on our forms. It confirms a submission comes from a person and does not track you across other sites
  • SerpApi, LLC: Google search results for the Google Business Profile part of our domain custody check (United States). SerpApi receives the domain name being checked as the search query, and returns the business listing titles and website addresses Google publishes for it. No personal information is sent

AI Chat Assistant

Our site offers an optional AI chat assistant named Novra. It is closed by default and opens only when you choose to open it. When you send a message, we collect the text you type into the chat. Using the chat does not require your name, email, or phone number; the only personal information it receives is whatever you choose to type into a message, plus the email address below if you choose to give us one.

Your messages are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI, an artificial-intelligence service running under a Cloudflare account owned by NovraScale, solely to generate a response to your question from content published on this site. Cloudflare processes your message to produce the answer and does not use chat content to train its models.

Other than the recap email described below, which you only receive if you ask for one, we do not keep a copy of the conversation itself. Your chat history exists only in your own browser for the duration of your visit and is discarded when you close or reload the page. The only thing we store about the conversation is a short-lived, automatic count of how many messages have been sent from your network connection, kept for a few minutes to limit abuse; it contains no message text.

At certain points, the assistant may offer to email you a recap of what you asked about. This is always your choice. The chat never requires an email to keep answering, and declining costs you nothing. If you enter an email address and choose to send it, we use it to send you that one recap, which includes the question you asked and links to our pricing and domain custody check pages. A copy of that recap email, containing your address and the question you asked, also goes to our own email inbox so we can reply to you. We do not add your address to a database, a contact list, or any marketing automation, and we do not use it for anything other than replying to you. We never sell it or share it with advertisers.

We never sell your chat messages or your email address, and we never send chat content, including the email address you give us, to advertising or analytics providers. The only information the chat shares with our analytics is anonymous, content-free activity: for example, that the chat was opened, that a message was sent, or that the recap offer was shown, accepted, or declined. It never includes the words you type or the address you enter.

The assistant answers general questions about NovraScale from content published on this site and is not a substitute for speaking with a person. Please do not enter sensitive personal or health information into the chat, including in the email field.

Phone Calls and AI Answering

Our published business number, +1 (904) 906-2626, is answered by an automated AI assistant rather than a person. The greeting tells you that you are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded, before anything else is said. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up at that point and email us instead.

When you call that number we collect the number you are calling from, an audio recording of the call, a written transcript of what was said, and an AI-generated summary of what the call was about. The transcript is verbatim: it is a written record of the words spoken on the call, including yours. If you give us your name, email address, or a description of what you need, we collect those too. We use this to return your call, to answer your question, and to keep an accurate record of what was discussed.

Calls to this number are carried and recorded by HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel), which provides our phone, text-messaging, and customer-relationship systems, using Twilio Inc. as the underlying telephone carrier. The recording, the transcript, and the summary are all stored in our HighLevel account. A copy of the summary is emailed to us through Mailgun, HighLevel’s email provider.

How long we keep it. We keep call recordings for 90 days, and call transcripts and call summaries for 13 months, then delete them. If you became a contact as a result of the call, that contact record is retained as described in Data Retention below.

You may ask us to delete a call recording, transcript, or summary at any time by emailing privacy@novrascale.com.

Text Messages (SMS)

Some of our forms include two optional checkboxes that let you opt in to text messages. Neither is ever pre-checked, and every form submits successfully whether or not you tick them. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

What we send

If you tick the transactional box, we may text you replies to your inquiry, confirmations, and appointment reminders. If you tick the marketing box, we may also text you occasional updates about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help. You can also email privacy@novrascale.com and ask us to remove your number.

How we handle your mobile number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not include aggregators or providers of the text message services, who process the data solely to deliver messages on our behalf. We retain your mobile number and the record of your consent for five years from your last interaction with us, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on internal systems. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain personal information you provide (name, email, website URL) for as long as an active business relationship exists, or until you request deletion. Approximate retention periods for analytics data:

  • Google Analytics: 14 months (default retention period)
  • Call recordings: 90 days
  • Call transcripts: 13 months
  • Call summaries: 13 months
  • Form submission data: retained indefinitely while the business relationship exists, or until deletion is requested
  • Domain custody check reports: 180 days, after which the report and anything attached to it, including an email address you gave us on the report page, are deleted automatically. Submitting the follow-up form on a report rewrites it, which restarts the 180 days from that submission
  • Chat recap emails: if you give the chat assistant your email to receive a recap, we keep a copy of that one email (your address and the question you asked) in our own email inbox. It is not added to our database, contact list, or marketing automation. We keep it until you ask us to delete it. The chat conversation itself is not retained; see “AI Chat Assistant” above.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@novrascale.com.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of analytics tracking using browser-level cookie controls or a do-not-track extension

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@novrascale.com.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell your personal information. We do, on our advertising landing pages only, share information for cross-context behavioral advertising as CPRA defines that term (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(ah)). This is what the Meta Pixel described under Cookies above does, and we would rather say so plainly than describe it as something else.

The scope is narrow and worth stating exactly. Sharing happens only on pages whose address begins /lp/, which you reach by clicking one of our advertisements. It does not happen on any other page of this site, and it does not happen on this page. Meta receives the page you viewed, whether you submitted the form on it, your IP address and browser user agent, and, where you submit the form, a one-way hash of your email address rather than the address itself. We also send that same event to Meta from our own server so the two can be counted once rather than twice; the information is the same either way.

We ran Google Ads conversion measurement on this site until 21 August 2026 and removed it. There is no Google advertising tag on this site.

Your right to opt out: You may ask us to stop associating you with our analytics by emailing privacy@novrascale.com with the subject line “Opt Out of Analytics.” We will delete your analytics records within 15 business days. Note that we do not send your email address to Google Analytics: where we need to recognize a returning visitor, we send a one-way hash of it that cannot be read back to an address.

Opting out of the advertising sharing: the same email address and subject line works, and we will ask Meta to delete what it holds about you. Two things you can do without us, and which take effect immediately: browse our advertising landing pages in a browser that blocks third-party trackers, or adjust what Meta may use about you in the Ad Preferences of your Facebook or Instagram account. Blocking the tracker does not change what the page shows you or whether the form works.

California residents may exercise any of the rights above by emailing privacy@novrascale.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

International Visitors

NovraScale serves businesses in the United States, and our servers and service providers are located in the United States. We do not target our services to visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If you submit information through our forms, it will be processed and stored in the United States.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
