The Forge Method builds it, a 28-day done-for-you custom build, then the NovraScale One platform runs it. All three prices are published below, and they’re the same whatever industry you’re in. There is no separate build fee.

One published number, on a 12-month commitment that runs both ways. Activation equals one month, so your first month is double. Pay the year up front and take 10% off.

The hidden cost of most agency engagements is the gap between signing and first visible result — usually six weeks. The Quick-Win Sprint closes that gap. Before the new site is anywhere near launch, the system starts running on your existing business.

By Day 7, you’ve recovered missed calls, gained reviews, and seen the engine producing — all before the build is done.

What happens if we don’t deliver

If we run late, you get paid.

Late and we credit you, per day

Your build goes live within 28 days of the build-clock start (a signed assets-received checkpoint, not deposit), or we credit $150 a day against your monthly, capped at 10 business days ($1,500). Beyond the cap, walk with a full refund of unbuilt scope. The clock pauses only for delay on your side (content, feedback, approvals, access), documented in writing when it happens. Real-estate brokerage builds needing live MLS/IDX start the clock on confirmed MLS access.

Stop delivering and you walk

The agreement runs 12 months. If we miss two consecutive months of the deliverables in your signed scope, you end it with no further obligation. You own the codebase, domain, hosting, CRM, and content from Day 1 either way, and we cooperate on migration for 14 days after any ending. Leave before the term is up for other reasons and you owe the unrecovered part of the Build Value named in your proposal, amortized at one twelfth per completed month. Never the balance of remaining payments.

Not in the bill

What you’re not paying for.

The line items most agencies sneak in. None of them show up on your invoice.

A separate build fee
There isn’t one. The build is included in the monthly. Activation equals one month, so your first month is double. That’s the only one-time number.
Fees that show up later
No kickoff fee, no onboarding fee, no discovery fee, no hosting fee that outlives the agreement. The published number is the number.
A percentage of revenue
We never take a cut of your sales. The fee is the fee.
Your site held hostage
Code, domain, hosting, CRM, and content are in your accounts from Day 1. Leaving doesn’t cost you the asset or the SEO equity.

Pricing FAQ

Two things, and neither is your industry. Platinum is for businesses whose system connects to an outside data source, or that run more than three locations. Everything else is Signature. We price the same way for a dental practice, a law firm, and an HVAC company, because the work is the same work. All three tiers are published; none of them is quoted after the fact.

The first 7 days inside every Forge Method engagement. Before the new site goes anywhere near launch, we ship three things on top of your existing business: missed-call text-back live by Day 3, Google Business Profile fully optimized by Day 5, automated review system armed by Day 6. You see the system working in your first week — not in week six.

Billing starts when you sign, not when the site launches. There is no build fee to pay separately: the build is included in the monthly. What you pay once is activation, and it always equals exactly one month, so your first invoice is double and every one after it is the plain monthly. You are not paying for nothing in that first month. The Quick-Win Sprint runs on the business you already have inside week one: missed-call text-back by Day 3, your Google profile fixed by Day 5, review requests going out by Day 6. Pay the twelve months up front and take 10% off. (Terms Section 5 and 6 are the contract; this is the plain-English version.)

Almost always. You can hire a freelancer for $2,000 and get a website. What you can’t get from a freelancer is the system around it: local SEO, AI follow-up, the review pipeline, ongoing optimization, and someone still answerable for it in month nine. Or the Quick-Win Sprint — missed-call text-back live in 72 hours. If a working website is what you need, a freelancer is faster and cheaper. If a working customer-acquisition system is what you need, that’s what we build.

No — and if you got that promise from someone our size, run. A revenue guarantee from a shop with a short track record is either a bluff or a refund policy hiding fine print. We won’t do either. Here’s what we do instead: we say no on the strategy call if your math doesn’t work — before you spend a dollar. And everything we DO control is backed in writing on page 1 of the proposal: ship-date credit ($150 a day, capped at $1,500), defect warranty for the full twelve months, Day-1 ownership of every asset, and a performance exit — miss two months running and you walk. No. The Forge Method only works as a complete system — the site, the SEO, the follow-up, the reviews, and the optimization all reinforce each other. Selling the site alone would mean shipping you something we know is below its potential, which is the opposite of what the agreement commits us to.
