Strategy call. The math. Three tiers.
If the Report Card surfaces real customers you’re losing, we get on a 30-minute call. We walk through what we found, what we’d build, and the math on whether it pays for itself. Three tiers — Platinum, Signature (recommended for most), Starter. Every proposal opens with the what we owe you: built right, a firm ship date, you own it from day one, and a performance exit if we stop delivering. If the math doesn’t work, we tell you. Then we either sign and move, or you walk with the diagnosis.
