How it works

From a short call to a weekly report you can check.

Every engagement is two parts: a one-time build, and a monthly fee that runs it. Ad spend goes on your own card, on top.

  1. 1

    A short call

We ask how leads reach you today, what your jobs are worth and how fast you call back. No pitch. If we can’t help, we say so.

  2. 2

    We check the numbers

Before anything is quoted, we check whether a typical job can carry the cost of getting it. If it can’t, we tell you and we’re done.

  3. 3

    We build the funnel

A quote page, every lead captured in your own system and tagged with where it came from, and a fast reply with follow-up. All of it is ready before any ad runs.

  4. 4

We launch on your ad account

Ads run on your own account, billed to your own card. Your team calls the leads. We run the rest.

  5. 5

    We report every week

One page: each lead, where it came from, and whether it became a sold job. Matched to the jobs you tell us you sold, not to what the ad platform claims.

Every week, each lead is matched to the jobs you sold.

What you own

All of it, from day one.

  • Your quote page and your domain
  • Your ad account, billed to your own card
  • Every lead, stored in your own system

Leaving never means starting over. Nothing is held back, so there is nothing to hand back.

What happens if it isn’t working

The stop rule

If the numbers say stop, we tell you to stop spending. It is written into the agreement.

A late build costs us, not you

If the build runs past the date we commit to, a credit applies for each day it is late, up to a cap.

Who this isn’t for

If any of this is you, we’ll say so on the first call.

  • Your crew is booked solid, so more leads would only mean more calls nobody answers.

  • Nobody on your team can call a new lead back the same day.

  • You’d rather not tell us what you sold each week. We can’t report against a number we don’t get.

  • You want a guarantee on results before any work has run.

If none of that is you, the call is where we find out the rest: whether a typical job can carry the cost of getting it. If it can’t, we’ll show you the math and turn the work down.

Tell us about your jobs. On a call, we tell you whether ads can pay for them, including when they can’t.
