Lead funnel
Turn the people who find you into customers you can reach again.
One page does the job: a way to reach you, a list you own, and follow-up that runs itself. Whoever finds you should not have to find you twice.
Real clients, real sites
Matt at NovraScale is simply exceptional. I worked with Matt to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for a multimillion-dollar luxury oceanfront estate, and the experience exceeded my expectations at every level. I’ve worked with a lot of technology and marketing professionals over the years, and Matt is truly one of the best. Five stars doesn’t really do the experience justice.

I used NovraScale to create my website for my start up trades company. The website was everything I had wanted, communication on all parts were very good by Matt, and even helped give very good advice to take my business to the next level. Will be using for future projects.
Matthew Bunker, Operator/Owner, The Attic Monkeys
NovraScale made my new website, improved my SEO, and setup my Google Business Profile, and it all came together seamlessly. I was completely hands off. I’ve seen a significant increase in new patients finding me online.

What gets built
Five pieces, wired to each other.
You get five things: advertising images, the page people land on, and the form that captures them. Then a record inside your CRM, and a follow-up sequence that answers them the same day. Each piece is wired to the next one and tested before we hand it over.
Most small businesses have the first two and nothing after them. That is why somebody who asks a question once, and then does not call, is gone for good. The three sections below cover each piece.
01
Media
How people find you in the first place.
The images are built to earn a click, not to look nice in a folder. Each one is cut to the sizes every placement wants, so one shoot works as a feed post, a story, and a paid ad without being redone three times.
You get more than one version of each idea. Run two against each other, keep the one people respond to, and retire the other. The same set gives you a month of posts for your social accounts, which is usually the harder problem.
You keep the ad account and the budget. None of your advertising money ever runs through us, and nothing stops working if you stop paying us.
02
Landing page
Where all of that traffic actually lands.
Every section on the page has one job: move the reader closer to doing something. What you offer, then the ask, then the reason to trust you, then what happens after they act, then the ask again. Nothing sits there because a template had a slot for it.
It is written as a small custom app, not dragged together in a page builder. That is why it loads fast on a phone, works properly for somebody using a screen reader, and can be changed later without fighting a theme.
The code belongs to you the day it ships, and it is yours to take anywhere.
03
Lead capture
What happens the moment somebody acts.
Capture is not one form. It is a short chain that runs every time somebody fills it in, and every step is set up before we hand it over.
- The inquiry lands in a CRM, so it is a record you can work, not an email that scrolls away.
- The person who filled it in gets a confirmation straight away, so they know it arrived and you are real.
- You get an email the moment it happens. Text alerts are available too, once the consent wording is set up properly.
- A short follow-up runs on its own over the next few days, so nobody goes cold because you were on a job.
Later, the same list is what you mail when work is slow. A customer you served in March is far cheaper to win back in November than a stranger who has never heard of you.
Questions
Before you ask.
We agree the date along with the number, before anything is designed, and both are in the same written reply.
Yes. It is agreed in writing before design starts and it does not move. If what you want changes, we requote before doing the work, never after.
You can, because the code and the accounts are yours. If you would rather we did, that is quoted when you ask, and you are never signed up for it in advance.
No. Those rent you a page. This hands you the page, the list, the domain and the code, and there is nothing left to keep paying us for.
