Review Generation

Review Generation
that fill your schedule.

Buyers and sellers check your reviews before they ever call you. A steady stream of 5-star reviews makes you the obvious choice, and it happens without your team asking a single client.

Your reviews are costing you clients

Most brokerages have a handful of reviews: some old, some lukewarm, a few buried on platforms nobody checks. Meanwhile, the brokerage down the street has 120 five-star reviews on Google and a Yelp profile that reads like a fan letter.

Buyers and sellers notice. When someone searches “realtor near me” or “[neighborhood] homes for sale,” they see two listings side by side. One has 12 reviews. The other has 120. They don’t read both. They call the one that looks like the safe bet.

Here’s what most owners don’t realize: Google’s local map pack (the three businesses that show up above the search results with a map) weighs review count, review recency, and response rate more heavily than almost any other ranking signal for local intent. A brokerage with a steady flow of recent reviews and an owner who replies to every one of them lands in the map pack. Everyone else fights for scraps below the fold. That’s not a marketing metric. That’s every “near me” search in your market area seeing your name first, or seeing your competitor’s.

How it works

Three steps. Then it runs without you.

  1. 01

We plug into your CRM or transaction system.

Whenever a closing wraps or a showing is logged, our system knows. No manual triggering, no "add client" step for your team.

  2. 02

We text them inside the response sweet spot.

2–24 hours after the moment they last thought about you. One-tap link to Google, Yelp, or wherever you want the review to land. Follow-up email if they don't tap the text within 48 hours.

  3. 03

Unhappy clients get routed to you first.

Anyone rating below 4 stars hits a private feedback form. You get an email, a chance to make it right, and the client walks away feeling heard instead of ignored. This is not review-gating. It's an escape valve for the fixable.

What you get

A complete review generation system, not a tool you have to manage yourself.

Post-visit SMS + email request

Fires 2–24 hours after each closing or completed showing, recent enough that they remember the experience, late enough that it's had a moment to sink in. One-tap link to Google or the platform of your choice.

Timing sweet spot

Requests only send during response-friendly hours (10 AM–7 PM local, no weekends unless you opt in). Tuned to your appointment cadence so your quiet Tuesdays don't become a flood of ignored texts.

Multi-platform coverage

Google first: because it drives the local map pack. Yelp, Facebook, Zillow, and industry-specific platforms added as secondary destinations. Client picks where they already have an account.

Negative-feedback intercept

Anyone rating below 4 stars sees a private feedback form instead of the public review link. You get an email with what went wrong and a chance to fix it before it turns into a 1-star review on Google.

Managed review responses

Every review (5-star or 1-star) gets a response within 24 hours, written in your voice. Google's local algorithm weighs response rate; a business that replies to every review outranks one that ignores them.

Booking / CRM integration

Plugs into Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, LionDesk, Google Calendar, Cal.com, or your custom booking flow. If the request fires from a source we don't already support, we build the hook.

The Result

Watch your reputation
compound.

Most brokerages get 1–2 reviews per month organically. With automated requests timed to catch clients when they’re happy, that number jumps to 10–20. Within six months, you go from invisible to the obvious choice.

Managed for you. You own the data. No per-location tax.

Podium and BirdEye built the enterprise-tier review-automation category and price it that way: annual contracts, per-location multipliers, setup fees, and features gated behind sales calls. NiceJob is the DIY end: cheap, but you run it yourself. We sit between them: managed by us, flat monthly price, no annual lock-in, and if you already work with us on your site the whole thing is included in the monthly at no additional cost.

Frequently asked

Questions owners ask before they sign.

How is this different from Podium or BirdEye?+

Same automated SMS + email review requests: different pricing model and different service model. Podium and BirdEye both price per location, meter your SMS credits, charge a setup fee, and sell managed review responses as a paid upgrade rather than including them. BirdEye also applies an uplift at renewal. For NovraScale clients this is included in the monthly, with unmetered SMS and managed responses, and nothing extra on top of it. We do not sell it as a standalone subscription. Their current rates are on their own pricing pages, which is where you should check them rather than trusting a competitor's summary.

What happens if a client leaves a negative review anyway?+

The intercept catches clients who rate you below 4 stars and routes them to a private feedback form instead of a public review. You get an email with what went wrong and a chance to fix it. Clients who insist on posting publicly still can. This is not a review-gating scheme, which violates Google's policy. It's an escape valve that catches the frustrated-but-fixable before they type.

How long before I see results?+

First week: requests start firing after every completed showing or closing. First month: most clients add 8–15 reviews vs. their previous 1–2 organic. Six months: total review count typically 3–5× the starting number, average rating trends toward 4.8+. Actual pace depends on your transaction volume: the mechanic doesn't fabricate clients, it just captures the ones you already serve.

Which platforms. Google only, or also Yelp and Facebook?+

Google first because it drives the local map pack and the vast majority of local-intent search. Yelp, Facebook, and industry-specific platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) are added as secondary destinations. Clients pick where they already have an account, and the request routes them to the platform with the lowest friction to post.

Do you handle responses to reviews too?+

Yes. Every review (5-star or 1-star) gets a response within 24 hours. Google's local ranking algorithm weighs response rate and response recency; a business that replies to every review outranks one with more reviews but no engagement. Responses are written by us in your voice, approved by you if you want a review loop, otherwise auto-posted.

Does this work if I already have some review requests set up?+

Yes. We audit what's running, keep what's working, and replace what isn't. Most existing setups (Podium, a CRM's built-in requests, generic Google review link cards) miss the timing sweet spot and skip the negative-feedback intercept: those are the two biggest levers.
