The brief
What was broken before we showed up.
Adult & Child Counseling and Psychiatric Center (ACCPC) is a multi-clinician counseling and psychiatric center in Melbourne, Florida, serving the Space Coast for over 30 years. Psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists — all under one roof.
Before NovraScale, the practice ran a very old, outdated site that didn't reflect the depth of the team or the breadth of what they treat. Slow to load, hard to navigate, and out of step with the standard of care the practice has built over three decades.
We rebuilt the site from scratch — a hand-coded provider directory grouped by role, a service catalog with a dedicated page for every offering, and a clear contact surface so a new patient or a referring clinician has everything they need to make the first call.
