The brief

What was broken before we showed up.

The Attic Monkeys is a brand-new attic insulation and dryer vent business serving Brevard County, Florida. The work itself is unsexy and unpleasant (hot attics, fiberglass dust, blocked dryer vents), exactly the work the full-service AC companies would rather not do. That's the lane.

There was no site, no brand, and no Google presence on day one. The job was to build the whole thing: name, mascot, color system, voice, and a launch site that could carry a brand-new business through its first real season and then a quote page built for paid traffic on top of it.

We built the launch site around a hand-drawn pink-and-cream mascot, paired insulation pink with a matte ink background, and wrote the copy to read like a crew you'd actually want in your house.

What we built

Shipped in 3 weeks.

  • Brand identity from zero: name, mascot, color system, voice
  • Hand-coded site, no template and no page builder
  • Hero quote form + dedicated quote section
  • A quote page for insulation ads, sending every request straight to the owner
  • Insulation ads and lead-to-job reporting, launching now
  • Service grid, with a page for each service
  • Service-area editorial for nine South Brevard cities
  • FAQ block tuned to the six pre-call objections homeowners actually voice
  • No license or insurance claims on the site until each one is verified with the issuing authority
  • Ongoing support, with the client owning the site, the domain and every lead

A tour of the build

Specific pages doing specific jobs.

The Attic Monkeys service area section
Twelve Brevard County cities, four of them with their own neighborhood-level hook and the rest named alongside. Tighter footprint than the local AC giants advertise, and the structure leaves room for an editorial page per city as the local SEO ground game pays out.
The Attic Monkeys quote section
The terminal CTA. A single centered column: the ask, one sentence on what the visit actually involves, then the form. 45 minutes in your attic, photos, measurements, a written number. No fake urgency, no pop-up nag.
The Attic Monkeys mobile homepage
Most quote requests land here from a phone. The mobile fold puts the headline, the pink brand hook, and the quote form within a single thumb's reach: the form is the second thing on screen, not buried behind three scrolls.

In their words

I used NovraScale to create my website for my start up trades company. The website was everything I had wanted, communication on all parts were very good by Matt, and even helped give very good advice to take my business to the next level. Will be using for future projects.

Your move

This is what a launch is supposed to look like.

The Attic Monkeys opened with no name, no site and no reviews, and by August 2026 it held the top spot in Google’s local map results for “attic insulation melbourne fl”. Behind that listing now sits a quote page built for paid traffic, so the people who find the business have one clear place to ask for a quote.
