The brief
What was broken before we showed up.
Maxx City Realty is a residential brokerage on Florida's Space Coast. The site's job is simple — bring in buyers researching where to live and sellers ready to start the conversation.
Before NovraScale, the brokerage ran a WordPress site weighed down by plugins, slow listings, and nav that didn't get out of the way of the listings or the neighborhoods.
We rebuilt the site by hand. Listings render fast without plugin overhead. Every city the brokerage serves gets its own editorial neighborhood page — median price, price range, schools, what it actually feels like to live there. A buyer researching a specific area lands on that area, not a generic city page.
