The brief
What was broken before we showed up.
New Leaf is led by Emily Light, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Melbourne, Florida. The whole practice runs via secure telehealth — Emily serves patients across the entire state, and the website's job is to bring new ones in without Emily touching it.
Before NovraScale, New Leaf had a template site that ranked nowhere, had no Google Business Profile, and did almost nothing to connect people searching for psychiatric help with what Emily actually treats.
We rebuilt the site from scratch — three service pages and five condition pages so a search for any specific concern lands on a page about that concern. We set up the Google Business Profile, optimized local SEO for the statewide telehealth practice, and built a clear path from first visit to a booked appointment on Emily's Headway profile.
