The brief

What was broken before we showed up.

New Leaf is led by Emily Light, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Melbourne, Florida. The whole practice runs via secure telehealth. Emily serves patients across the entire state, and the website's job is to bring new ones in without Emily touching it.

Before NovraScale, New Leaf had a template site that ranked nowhere, had no Google Business Profile, and did almost nothing to connect people searching for psychiatric help with what Emily actually treats.

We rebuilt the site from scratch: three service pages and five condition pages so a search for any specific concern lands on a page about that concern. We set up the Google Business Profile, optimized local SEO for the statewide telehealth practice, and built a clear path from first visit to a booked appointment on Emily's Headway profile.

A tour of the build

Specific pages doing specific jobs.

New Leaf medication management service page — A dedicated page for each service Emily provides. The medication management page explains the actual flow (comprehensive evaluation, personalized treatment plan, ongoing monitoring), so a prospective patient knows what they are signing up for before they book.

New Leaf 'How It Works' page — A plain-English walkthrough of what happens between first visit and first appointment. Removes the friction of not knowing what to expect: a real conversion killer for first-time psychiatric patients.

New Leaf mobile view — Most new patients land here from a phone. The mobile fold stacks the hero directly above an 'About Your Provider' block, so a first-time visitor gets Emily's photo and credentials in the same screen as the booking CTA, not three scrolls later.

New Leaf about page — Real photo, real credentials (MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC), real training history. Written for someone deciding whether to share something personal: the trust signal lands before the booking ask, not after.

The Attic Monkeys

No name, no logo, no domain. We built the brand, the site, and a quote page for insulation ads that sends every request straight to the owner, and we are launching those ads and the reporting that matches leads to sold jobs now. By August 2026 the business held the top spot in Google’s local map pack for “attic insulation melbourne fl”. The domain is the business's own. We run the Cloudflare zone and Worker behind it until handover.

Luxury single-listing site

211 Beachside Drive

A standalone Cloudflare Worker on its own vanity domain for the largest residence in Orchid Island: editorial chaptered photography, brochure-grade specifications, ambient hero video, and a showing-request form that posts cross-origin to the brokerage's central inbox.

Multi-clinician counseling practice

Adult & Child Counseling and Psychiatric Center

The old site had an expired security certificate and two pages Google could find. Patients who searched the practice, found it, and clicked through landed on a browser warning. We replaced it with a 62-route build that answers the questions a new patient actually arrives with. The practice owns all of it.

Residential real estate brokerage

MaxxCity Realty

A hand-coded build: fast listings, editorial neighborhood guides for every city the brokerage serves, and a contact path that actually starts a conversation. MaxxCity owns everything.
