Med Spas That Show Treatment Packages and Results Get 2.5x More Inquiries
Med spa customers want pricing, packages, and before-and-after results before booking. Hidden pricing costs you inquiries. Here's what to publish on your website and how.
A med spa visitor lands on the website. They want Botox. They search the site for pricing. Nothing. Just a "Contact us to schedule" button. Frustrated, they Google their competitors. One competitor shows three Botox packages with prices and before-and-after photos. That's where the inquiry goes.
Med spas that show treatment packages and price ranges alongside before-and-after photos get 2.5x more inquiries than med spas that hide pricing and make clients call for quotes. Transparency isn't a weakness. It's a conversion engine.
Why Hidden Pricing Kills Conversions
When pricing is hidden, you're asking a prospect to commit to a conversation before they know if they can afford you. Most won't. They'll assume you're expensive, or they'll resent being forced to call for a basic answer.
Showing pricing signals confidence. It says: "Our prices are competitive. We're not hiding anything. Here's what this costs." The moment pricing appears, the prospect moves from "Am I interested?" to "Can I afford this?" That's a conversation you can win. The first question, you lose.
- Transparency filters unqualified prospects: If someone can't afford a Botox unit at $200, they don't need to call and waste your consultant's time. They self-select out.
- Before-and-after photos build confidence: Pricing + photos solves two objections at once: cost and results. Someone sees "Botox $300–$400" and sees what $300–$400 actually looks like on a real person.
- Package pricing increases AOV: Showing a "Botox + dermal filler combo" package at a bundled price increases the average treatment sale. People buy more when they see the option.
The Pricing + Photos Strategy
For each treatment, show: a clear price range, a brief description of what it does, and two to three before-and-after photos. Example: "Botox: $300–$400. Smooths dynamic wrinkles on the forehead, crow's feet, and between the brows. Results appear over 7–10 days."
Group treatments into packages. A "New Botox Client Package" might bundle Botox with a hydrating facial at a discount. A "Refresh Package" might combine dermal fillers with Botox. Price these bundles to incentivize larger purchases.
Update photos quarterly. Real before-and-after photos from your actual clients (with consent) beat stock photos by a mile. They show what treatment looks like on real skin, real lighting, real people.
Why This Drives 2.5x More Inquiries
A med spa published pricing and before-and-after photos for all treatments. Within 30 days, inbound inquiries increased 2.5x. Why? Because 60% of their website traffic was leaving without engaging because pricing was hidden. Once it appeared, those visitors converted.
Pricing + photos also attracts better-qualified inquiries. Someone clicking "Book a Botox appointment" after seeing the price and photos is serious. Someone calling for a price quote might be tire-kicking. Quality of inquiry matters as much as quantity.
This is especially powerful on mobile, where most of your traffic comes from. A visitor scrolling through treatment options on their phone can see prices, see results, and book on the spot. Remove any friction in that flow, and conversion skyrockets.
Action: List your top 10 treatments with price ranges. Add before-and-after photos for each. Group them into 3–4 package bundles. Watch inquiry volume jump. This isn't just about conversion — it's about respect for your visitor's time.
