Late and we credit you. Live within 28 days of assets received, or $150 a day credits your invoices, capped at $1,500. Real dollars off what you’d otherwise owe, not store credit. The clock pauses only when we’re both on record in writing that it’s paused, and only for things you didn’t deliver (content, feedback, approvals, access).
