Local SEO Foundation
Set up Google Business Profile with corrected categories (Psychiatrist, Counselor, Mental Health Clinic), optimized NAP (name, address, phone) consistency, submitted sitemap to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, added schema markup for Organization and LocalBusiness, and configured Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
HIPAA-Safe Intake Forms
Built intake forms that route to ACCPC's own HIPAA-compliant form processor — not to a third-party service that might not have a BAA. The site collects inquiry contact information only, then ACCPC handles the clinical intake on their secure systems. The site itself doesn't touch PHI.
