For Auto Service Shops
Custom websites for mechanics, auto shops, body shops, collision centers, and detailers. Built to book tomorrow's schedule tonight — when car owners are researching repairs and comparing shops. Nationwide, fully managed.
The Problem
The average auto repair ticket is $300–$800, and bigger jobs (transmission, engine, collision) run $2,000–$10,000+. Car owners research shops obsessively — checking reviews, comparing prices, and looking for trust signals. The shop with the best online presence wins.
Here's what's sending customers to your competition:
No online appointment scheduling
Car owners want to book service on their schedule. If your site's only option is 'call during business hours,' you lose every customer who's researching at 9pm after their check engine light came on.
No reviews or trust signals visible
People are handing you their car — their second most expensive asset. Without prominent Google reviews, ASE certifications, and warranty info on your site, they pick whoever feels most trustworthy.
No pricing transparency
Car owners are skeptical of mechanics by default. If your site has no pricing context, no service menus, and no explanation of what they're paying for, they go to the shop that's transparent about it.
Invisible in local search
When someone searches 'auto repair near me' or 'oil change [city],' the top 3 results get most of the calls. Without local SEO, you're invisible when it matters most.
What You Get
A complete system built for auto service shops — designed to turn searches into booked appointments.
24/7 scheduling that syncs with your shop management software. Customers book oil changes, inspections, and repairs from their phone at midnight. Your schedule fills itself.
Dedicated pages for every service you offer with transparent pricing ranges. Customers know what to expect before they call — which means the calls you get are ready to book.
Automated review requests after every service. Stack 5-star Google reviews that make your shop the obvious choice in your area.
Google Business optimization, neighborhood-specific content, and service pages that put your shop at the top of 'auto repair near me' and every service you offer.
How it works
We scan your current site for booking gaps — no online scheduling, missing service menu, poor mobile experience, weak local SEO. You get a detailed report with specific findings.
Custom-designed for appointment booking. Service menus, pricing pages, review integration, online scheduling, certification displays — everything an auto shop needs.
Hosting, security, updates, seasonal promotions — all included. One text and it's done.
What your customer experiences
What we owe you
Every Forge Method engagement ships with those commitments on page 1 of every proposal. No revenue promises we can't back up. Four things we control, four things we stake our fees on.
You own it from Day 1. The shop-management system integration credentials, every real shop photo we captured on-site, every embedded customer review, your service-area page inventory, the Google Business Profile management access, your domain and hosting — all transferred to your accounts at launch. Your bookings never route through our stack.
Late and we credit you. Live within 28 days of assets received, or $150 a day credits your invoices, capped at $1,500. We time auto shop launches to a slow week so the first live bookings do not collide with a busy Monday. The clock pauses only for content or approvals you owe us, on the record in writing.

FAQ
Auto repair website design runs $997 to $2,997/mo on a 12-month commitment, with no separate build fee and a one-time activation equal to one month. We publish three tiers: Starter ($997/mo) is the core system for a single shop. Signature ($1,297/mo, full management) is the recommended standard — online booking, review generation, shop-management integration, local SEO, ongoing management. Platinum ($2,997/mo) is for businesses whose system connects to an outside data source, or that run more than three locations. For comparison, industry pricing puts custom auto-shop sites at $2,500–$6,000 with a freelancer, $8,000–$20,000 with a mid-size marketing agency, and $15,000–$40,000+ with an automotive-marketing specialist. A typical auto repair build lands live around Day 28 (Week 4) — timed to a slow week so the first live bookings do not collide with a busy Monday. Week 1 is discovery (shop-management system audit — Shop-Ware / Mitchell 1 / Tekmetric / AutoFluent / Protractor — vehicle specializations, labor rate, service menu, review platforms, service area) plus the Quick-Win Sprint on your existing number. Week 2 is design and development (custom design, service-catalog integration, real online booking wired to the SMS bay calendar, service-area page structure for every zip you cover). Week 3 is content (real shop photos we schedule on-site if you want them, technician bios, warranty policy, brand specialization pages, existing customer reviews embedded) and end-to-end booking-flow testing. Week 4 is launch.
Auto shops leave with everything a shop needs to keep booking without us in the loop. Codebase, domain, hosting account (transferred to your name, not ours), the booking-system integration and calendar sync unchanged, every embedded review and the review-request automation running on your own account, all real shop photos and technician bios (all rights transferred to you), the Google Business Profile management access, and the full service-area page inventory. We disconnect ourselves from the shop-management system integration on your timeline — not ours. The commitment runs twelve months, with a performance exit if we stop delivering, and we assist with migration for 14 days after cancellation. Ownership is in writing on page 1 of the proposal, and so is what happens if we stop delivering.
